The “ravioli” are made with a thin puff pastry of almond paste and filled with a delicious apricot jam. They are our version of the ancient sweet ravioli or “pasticciotti a good bite” made long time ago at Mardi Gras period in the Genoese’s kitchens. The colorful “coriandoli” are made with almond paste, covered in part of bitter dark chocolate, in five flavours: marasca cherry, coffee, rum, vanilla and almond.
