Our ‘paste di frutta’ could be called fruit jellies, but are so much more delicate than others commercially produced today of the same name. Starting from the pulp of fresh fruit our jellies come in the following flavors: orange, lemon, strawberry, apricot, raspberry and pear and are a delicious treat with a soft consistency and a wonderful flavor of fruit. Set with the addition of ‘Renetta’ apple pulp with its naturally present pectin, these jellies are nothing like you have ever tasted. Available loose or in blue boxes from 500g each.

Our fruit jellies are made from a base of apple pulp which is then enriched with all the flavor of fruit. The pectin found in the fruit helps to set the jellies naturally and maintain the important soft consistency that is missing from modern and commercially made fruit jellies. With flavors ranging from orange, lemon, strawberry, apricot, raspberry and pear, these tender jellies are captured in a fine sugar crust and are an unmissable product for lovers of fruit-based sweets.
