Description

Romanengo’s dark chocolate is made following the traditional procedures as described in the ancient recipe books. This chocolate  called “fondente”, also known as “ Messicano” in Italian, can be used as “copertura” i.e to coat  chocolate pralines, candied fruits etc or made into these delicious chocolate bars to savor the purity of it’s bitter-sweet taste. Made with between 60-70 % cocoa mass and exclusively with prime cocoa, sugar and cocoa butter, it is the base of all of Romanengo’s chocolate pralines.
