Candied Fruit

Candied Fruit is one of our most iconic specialities and a symbol of the rich heritage of Genoise confectionary. Today this unique product, which was once only produced in artisan kitchens, has now almost entirely vanished from the market.
Pietro Romanengo has maintained this important tradition for the past 200 years, producing these unique specialities using entirely natural, artisan techniques. Only the freshest fruit, principally from the region, is used, with production following the natural seasonal availability of each fruit. The authentic taste and fragrance of the fruit shines through,making our candied fruit one of the most prestigious of Genoise confectionary products.
