Pietro Romanengo fu Stefano's products are still made with the same recipes used centuries ago by the "confiseur-chocolatier" and remain true to the traditional Genoese art of candying.
The company has retained its original role as a confectioner, working fruit, flowers, flavours and colours with sugar, and chocolate maker (Europe's greatest confectioners branched out into chocolate making in the 19thcentury).
