The original artisan production facility established in Genoa by Pietro Romanengo over two centuries ago is still brimming today with cocoa, sugar, flowers, fruits, nuts and spices that are carefully transformed by hand into exquisite sweets and desserts.
We are passionate about our craft and committed to the artisan heritage that makes the flavours and textures of our products so unique. Our specialties are produced in small batches, with dedication, patience and only the finest selected ingredients.
Traditional Genoese recipes originating from the Orient and the refined art of the 19th century French “Confiseur Chocolatier” lay at the heart of Romanengo’s production to this day and are the secret behind the treasured know-how handed down through seven generations.
